Cars submerged in Allentown during heavy rains as flood warning issued for Lehigh County, tornado watch issued south

Heavy, steady rainfall and clogged storm drains combined to overwhelm cars around Allentown Monday afternoon, and the National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for counties south of the Lehigh Valley.
